Founder’s Associate in Sustainability

Your role

• You will be reporting directly to our CEO and working closely with Inyova’s management team to support them in their operations and projects.
• You will own whole tasks and projects and be responsible for getting them done. 
• You’ll be working on expanding Inyova’s customer acquisition channels by working closely with our partnerships team.
• You’ll be organising & leading Inyova’s recurring management meetings.
• You’ll be preparing presentations & public talks.
• You’ll be conducting research and creating knowledge dossiers on specific topics.
• You’ll work intensively with our financial models and work closely with our external accounting for regulatory reporting.
• You’ll be responsible for our cap table management and support investor relations.
• You’ll be the “heart” of our Zurich Headquarters, ensuring a happy work environment for our team.

Your Profile

• You have a proven track record of being a high achiever. You can show this through excellent academic track records  (master’s degree is a strong plus) and work experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment (e.g. in a start-up, scale-up or consultancy).
• You’re happy to take on a variety of tasks, from thinking through complex business problems to dealing with paperwork. 
• You’re able to structure complex problems, prioritize and develop an effective action plan.
• You’re empathetic to people and their needs.
• You’re highly independent in prioritising and planning your own work, and you are well-organised.
• You’re a great and proactive communicator. 
• You’re fully proficient in English and German (both on native-speaker level). Further languages, especially French, are a plus.
