Your role

The sales team lead role at Inyova is a hybrid role. You will both lead the current sales team as well as generate sales outcomes yourself by talking to customers.

You are successful if you manage to create tangible outcomes with your team that help make Inyova more profitable, while maintaining customer centricity.

 

As a sales team lead, you will

  • Take over team leadership of the existing sales team and own the success of the team
  • Maximise the efficacy of the current team of 3 people by taking over their professional development
  • Develop a scale-up plan for the sales team, based on the opportunity present at Inyova

As a sales agent yourself, you will

  • Jump on the phone, build trusted relationships with our customers, and generate hands-on sales outcomes yourself

Your profile

As Sales Team Lead, you should bring the following qualities:

  • You are an experienced team lead with at least 2 years of experience in leading a team
  • You are a great salesperson, with a proven track record in B2C sales
  • You are numbers- and success-driven, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results
  • You are well versed in the best practices of sales steering
  • You are willing to take responsibility for your work and that of a team
  • You speak English and German. French or Swiss German are a plus.
