Regulatory status of Inyova

‘Inyova’ is a brand of Yova AG.

Yova AG is a licensed external asset manager and as such licensed to provide asset management services in Switzerland. Yova AG is a member of SRO Polyreg (www.polyreg.ch) and an approved financial intermediary according to article 2, paragraph 3ff of the Swiss anti-money laundering legislation. As a member of the industry organisation PolyAsset (www.polyasset.ch), Yova AG is subject to the code of professional conduct for asset management approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.

The business and legal relationships between Yova AG and its customers are subject to Swiss law.

Trademark and copyrights

The copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to the company Yova AG or the specifically named rights owners. The written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained in advance for the reproduction of any elements.

Liability for links

References and links to websites of third parties are outside our area of responsibility. Any responsibility for such websites is rejected. Access to and use of such websites is at the user’s own risk.

Encryption

All data exchange with our websites is encrypted. However, the exchange of data and information with our mail servers is unencrypted. Therefore, when communicating via e-mail, the data sent might be viewed by third parties. In addition, data may be transferred across borders, even if the sender and recipient are located in Switzerland. The confidentiality of the data transmitted by e-mail is therefore not guaranteed.

Data privacy

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG), every person has a right to protection of his or her privacy and to protection against misuse of his or her personal data. We comply with these provisions.

In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect our databases as good as possible from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification. These usage data form the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified, on the basis of which we can improve our offers accordingly. Use of web analytics tools: Like most websites, we use web analytics services such as Google Analytics to optimise our online offering. By using our website, you consent to the processing of the data collected by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above. We use social plugins, e.g. Facebook like buttons and Twitter icons. These are marked with the provider’s logo. When visiting an Inyova website, a direct connection to the plug-in provider’s server is established. This may allow the provider to associate your visit to our website with your profile. If you use the plugin buttons, this information is communicated directly to the provider and noted there. We would like to point out that the data protection provisions may change over time without specific notice. This website and the use of services in connection therewith are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with the use of this website is Zurich.
