About Inyova

James is our resident ‘Impact Economist’, making sure Inyova is always at the forefront of impact research and incorporating it into our portfolios. He recently moved to Zürich from the UK after studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford. In his spare time, James loves everything water-based, from swimming in the Limmat to surfing in the Atlantic.

Aaron brings over 14 years of experience in sustainable investing, including eight years specialising in impact-aligned fund management. A graduate in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and a CFA Charterholder®, he has honed his expertise at leading sustainable investment organisations like RobecoSAM and Trucost, and joined Inyova to follow his passion for democratising impact investing. Aaron enriches Inyova with his truly international perspective: originally from London, he has lived in Bristol, Beijing, Hong Kong and now, Zurich. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors through open water swimming, as well as hiking and skiing with his family.

Oskar is our Investment Operations Analyst with a multicultural background. He’s lived in various European cities, including Strasbourg, London, Dublin, Lisbon, Prague, and Frankfurt. Oskar’s academic journey includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance and an MSc in Finance. Outside work, he’s a sports enthusiast, particularly ice hockey, and an avid traveller with a growing bucket list. Oskar also values quality time with friends and family.

Sofia is our Investment Manager from Portugal and brings a global perspective to the team. She’s lived in cities across Europe, holding a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering and specialising in Global Challenges. Sofia co-founded Reboot, an NGO dedicated to sustainability. Outside work, she’s a yoga enthusiast, a passionate philosopher, and loves the ocean. She’s volunteered with turtles and enjoys surfing as well as diving.

Maurice brings a diverse background in technology and business development to his role as Sales Team Lead at Inyova. His career spans roles as an IT consultant, sales and business development in tech startups and entrepreneurial ventures in hosting and web development. A German native, Maurice has lived in Freiburg and Frankfurt before making Zurich his home. His international perspective is enriched by his passion for travel, particularly to East and Southeast Asia, where he especially likes to explore his love of the ocean through diving. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him near water or deep into a good book about finance or psychology.

Alexander, born in Germany and raised in the southwest of France, is a Senior Customer Success Agent based in Mérignac, near Bordeaux. With a background in foreign languages and international commerce, and a Master’s in German studies from Université Bordeaux Montaigne, Alexander has gathered his first experiences at Uni where he organised student life on campus and supervised online exams. Now stepping into one of his first big roles, he’s ready to level up in the world of customer success. When he’s not supporting our Impact Investors, you can find him powerbuilding at the gym or diving into epic roleplaying adventures. Fluent in French, English, and German, Alexander brings a blend of enthusiasm and multilingual skills to our team and our Impact Investors.

Meet Helge, our Customer Success Manager. He is responsible for Due Diligence and KYC processes, ensuring regulatory excellence and outstanding customer support. Originally trained in wholesale and foreign trade, Helge later worked as a CRM Specialist in Malta and as a Project Manager for product development in Germany. Having lived abroad for almost ten years – including in Malta, Australia, New Zealand and several countries in Southeast Asia – he brings an international outlook to the team. Outside of work, Helge is a professional poker player, surfer and passionate traveller.

Nikoletta has worked in the finance sector for 4 years as both a Java Software Engineer and a programming teacher. She is part of the investment development team at Inyova and has always been passionate and committed to sustainability. Before Inyova, she worked in Regulatory Reporting at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Nikoletta is originally from Transylvania and loves being active in her free time. She likes to mix it up and enjoys everything from climbing to skiing, or doing triathlons.

Meet Milutin Milic, our Front-end Engineer originally from the picturesque town of Užice in Serbia, now based in Novi Sad. With specialised vocational studies in Energetics, Electronics, and Telecommunications, Milutin boasts over a decade of experience in front-end development. Outside of coding, he takes pleasure in the natural beauty of his hometown and has a penchant for exploring Sci-Fi movies and documentaries. Fluent in both English and Serbian, Milutin’s technical expertise and varied interests bring vibrancy to our team.

Meet Marc, our Senior Product Manager. With a background in architecture, entrepreneurship, and product management, Marc has worked on sustainability at Foster & Partners and co-founded startups like Saluspot.com and Bob.io. Originally from Valencia, his career has taken him to Brussels, London, and now Frankfurt. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, he brings a global outlook to our team. Outside work, Marc enjoys cultural pursuits, sports, and family time. Passionate about productivity, automation, and innovation, he strives to create a better future for his three children.

Our Backend engineer Šimon studied Intelligent Information Systems at the Slovak University of Technology, and is currently completing his Master thesis. Šimon has previously worked for Inyova and took a short break to finish his studies before rejoining. In his free time, he likes to explore new TV shows – The Office is his all-time favourite. He’s also always up for a spontaneous trip and recently started learning how to fly FPV (racing) drones.

Qing brings extensive expertise in accounting and financial management, developed through key roles at companies like Battrion AG as Head of Accounting, Covidien AG (now Medtronic), and Starwood Inc. (now Marriott). She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Lancaster University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Based in Zurich, Qing balances her professional life with a love for nature, frequently hiking in the Swiss mountains. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing and cherishing time with her husband and two young children. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Qing’s diverse skills and experiences enrich our team.

Linda brings a unique mix of business expertise and holistic thinking to her role at Inyova. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Marketing, she works across Compliance and Accounting. She also organizes company retreats and co-working events, adding structure and creativity to every detail. Before joining Inyova, she taught yoga in Sri Lanka and India where she lived for two years. She is now based in Münster, where she also teaches yoga alongside her work at Inyova. Outside of work, she enjoys music, hiking, dance step aerobics, and spending time with her dog, always driven by curiosity, connection, and a strong sense of balance.

Vincent brings a dynamic blend of experience from both the financial and startup worlds. His international background includes roles at UniCredit, Nomura, and Deutsche Bank, as well as co-founding and serving as CMO at MeinAlarm24 and Blockstories, where he crafted innovative growth strategies. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen. Fluent in German, French, and English, his Swiss-French heritage blends perfectly into our diverse team at Inyova. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about football and tennis, and he raises his family in Berlin.

For many years, Tillmann has been working on the question of how to make the world more sustainable – and the role finance has in this transition. Before founding Inyova, Tillmann worked at the strategy consultancy McKinsey & Companyfor more than 6 years. In addition, Tillmann was CFO of Benefiit, a network of impact investors and is founding director of the Sustainability-in-Business-Lab of ETH Zurich. He holds a PhD from ETH Zürich and studied mathematics and computer science at the universities of Heidelberg and Santiago de Chile. In his free time Tillmann enjoys skiing, mountain biking and other outdoor activities.

Helmut has almost 30 years of experience as an investor and CEO of investment and holding companies. He is Chairman of the Shareholder Value Beteiligungen AG and Managing Partner of VERUS Capital Partners AG. At the beginning of his career he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. Helmut lives with his family in the Alps of Vorarlberg.
