About Inyova

Andreas is responsible for all sustainability impact related topics. He currently lives in his homeland, Germany, but brings cultural experience from living in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Burkina Faso and Ghana. Andreas holds a degree in Political Science from the Ludwig-Maximillians Universität München and Universidad de Granada, and was previously the Head of Ratings at ISS ESG. When Andreas isn’t busy helping make the world a better place, you can catch him listening to music or playing basketball with his three kids.

James is our resident ‘Impact Economist’, making sure Inyova is always at the forefront of impact research and incorporating it into our portfolios. He recently moved to Zürich from the UK after studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford. In his spare time, James loves everything water-based, from swimming in the Limmat to surfing in the Atlantic.

Having worked in the finance sector for more than seven years, Cristian felt that sustainability is still falling short when it comes to financial investments. In his mission to change that, Cristian took on responsibility for the impact investing strategy, investment management and impact research at Inyova – ultimately making sure that your values are always taken into account. Before joining Inyova he worked at Boston Consulting Group and Assenagon Asset Management and has a background in mathematical finance and economics. Cristian lives in Munich and enjoys the great outdoors in his free time.

Stephanie has extensive expertise in asset management and sustainable & impact investing, cultivated during her tenure at JP Morgan Asset Management, 17 Asset Management, and Alterna Impact. With a background in economics from the University of Notre Dame, Stephanie is a CFA Charterholder® and CAIA® Charterholder, and is a recognised expert in her field. She is an experienced portfolio manager, research analyst, and investment strategist, with expertise across equities, fixed income, private debt & infrastructure investing. Her dedication to leveraging financial markets for sustainable development enriches our team’s mission. Based in Frankfurt, Stephanie’s passion for driving change is also evident in her personal life, where she immerses herself in new cultures, enjoys culinary adventures, and stays active through rowing and running.

Oskar is our Investment Operations Analyst with a multicultural background. He’s lived in various European cities, including Strasbourg, London, Dublin, Lisbon, Prague, and Frankfurt. Oskar’s academic journey includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance and an MSc in Finance. Outside work, he’s a sports enthusiast, particularly ice hockey, and an avid traveller with a growing bucket list. Oskar also values quality time with friends and family.

Sofia is our Investment Manager from Portugal and brings a global perspective to the team. She’s lived in cities across Europe, holding a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering and specialising in Global Challenges. Sofia co-founded Reboot, an NGO dedicated to sustainability. Outside work, she’s a yoga enthusiast, a passionate philosopher, and loves the ocean. She’s volunteered with turtles and enjoys surfing as well as diving.

Bojan studied English, Business Administration and Sports Science at the University of Bern and has worked in the Swiss retail store Manor, at a casino and as a language teacher in Zürich. He is Swiss-Serbian and has lived in Dublin, as well as multiple places in central Switzerland. During his spare time, Bojan likes to read sci-fi novels, watch good movies or be active in the mountains or in the gym. 

As part of the Customer Sucess team, Sarah makes sure Inyova impact investors are well taken care of. Sarah has a Bachelor in International Studies of Management from FH Bielefeld and Haagse Hogeschool The Haag. Before joining Inyova, she worked as a Customer Success & Project Manager at Ubimax (now Teamviewer). Sarah is well-travelled having lived in Germany, Austria, USA and the Netherlands. In her free time, she likes to do yoga, sing and read up on social psychology. 

Alexander, born in Germany and raised in the southwest of France, is a Senior Customer Success Agent based in Mérignac, near Bordeaux. With a background in foreign languages and international commerce, and a Master’s in German studies from Université Bordeaux Montaigne, Alexander has gathered his first experiences at Uni where he organised student life on campus and supervised online exams. Now stepping into one of his first big roles, he’s ready to level up in the world of customer success. When he’s not supporting our Impact Investors, you can find him powerbuilding at the gym or diving into epic roleplaying adventures. Fluent in French, English, and German, Alexander brings a blend of enthusiasm and multilingual skills to our team and our Impact Investors.

Meet Marc, our Senior Product Manager. With a background in architecture, entrepreneurship, and product management, Marc has worked on sustainability at Foster & Partners and co-founded startups like Saluspot.com and Bob.io. Originally from Valencia, his career has taken him to Brussels, London, and now Frankfurt. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, he brings a global outlook to our team. Outside work, Marc enjoys cultural pursuits, sports, and family time. Passionate about productivity, automation, and innovation, he strives to create a better future for his three children.

Our Lead Engineer Stefania is originally from Romania. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Automation and previously worked for 3Pillar Global and PitechPlus. Stefania enjoys spending her time exploring the outdoors. She loves skiing and hiking in the Swiss mountains. She joined Inyova because she is passionate about preserving the environment, so that future generations can enjoy it as much as she does.

Kaspars combines creative vision with technical expertise, hailing from Latvia and now bringing his talents to Switzerland as our Senior Technical Product Manager. With five years in microfinance and co-founding the startups Sell.xyz and Datl.ee, he’s no stranger to innovation and bringing bold ideas to life. Outside of work, Kaspar is an avid hiker, skier, football player, and just started out as a motorcyclist, while also enjoying fiction books and staying current with product management trends through podcasts. Fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian, Kaspars brings a perfect blend of technical skills and a passion for adventure to our team.

As Inyova’s Senior Product Designer, Eduard is responsible for creating intuitive interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. Originally from Estonia, he has lived in Hamburg, Berlin, and now resides in Zürich, Switzerland. Eduard has more than 10 years of experience in product development as UX/UI designer. When not immersed in product design, he enjoys quality time with his family, cycling, snowboarding, and indulging in independent cinema.

Meet Vincent, our Operations Manager at Inyova. He’s lived in Zurich and London, bringing a blend of consulting experience from McKinsey, project management, and software engineering skills as a co-founder of Infix GmbH, and financial expertise gained during his internship at Bloomberg. Outside the office, Vincent likes listening to music and playing the piano. He’s also a lover of the Swiss mountains and enjoys hiking as well as road cycling.

As our dedicated People Operations Manager, Livio brings a warm, global perspective to our Zurich team. His journey across Switzerland, Germany, France, the UK, and Denmark enriches our team dynamics. With a Swiss Federal Specialist Certificate in Hospitality Management and a BSc in International Business Management, Livio draws on his background in international HR and organizational development. When not driving our team forward, he’s belting out tunes, exploring mountain trails, or enjoying a refreshing swim. Fluent in Swiss-German, German, French, and English, Livio’s varied passions and linguistic skills bring vibrant energy to our team.

Qing brings extensive expertise in accounting and financial management, developed through key roles at companies like Battrion AG as Head of Accounting, Covidien AG (now Medtronic), and Starwood Inc. (now Marriott). She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Lancaster University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Based in Zurich, Qing balances her professional life with a love for nature, frequently hiking in the Swiss mountains. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing and cherishing time with her husband and two young children. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Qing’s diverse skills and experiences enrich our team.

Vincent brings a dynamic blend of experience from both the financial and startup worlds. His international background includes roles at UniCredit, Nomura, and Deutsche Bank, as well as co-founding and serving as CMO at MeinAlarm24 and Blockstories, where he crafted innovative growth strategies. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen. Fluent in German, French, and English, his Swiss-French heritage blends perfectly into our diverse team at Inyova. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about football and tennis, and he raises his family in Berlin.

Carmen is the driving force behind Inyova’s interactive webinars, live events and brand partnerships. She graduated from ESERP Business School Barcelona and currently lives in Berlin. Previously she worked in Marketing for Red Bull and VIU, a Swiss eyewear company. Carmen is from Germany with Ghanian roots. She is an outgoing person and is passionate about creating B2C and B2B experiences. In her spare time she likes to spend time by the ocean, go horseback riding and loves to dance and listen to music.

Antje, our Digital Marketing Lead, blends her German roots with a global perspective gained from living in the UK and Australia. She holds a degree in International Business Management and brings 14 years of digital marketing experience, having worked in various sectors, including insurance with Columbus Direct Travel Insurance and non-profit work with OzHarvest. Antje’s career is all about making a meaningful impact. Now living in Munich, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and arts & crafts with her son, balancing her adventurous side with creative hobbies.

Živilė shapes Inyova’s email marketing and brings the brand to life through her graphic design. A graduate in Multimedia and Computer Design from Vilnius Tech University, she currently resides in St. Gallen, Switzerland. As a former co-founder of a boutique design agency and freelance UI/UX and graphic designer, she has always been passionate about working with brands that create a positive impact. Outside of work, Živilė loves hiking, snowboarding, travelling, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Laura is the dynamic voice behind Inyova, translating our impact work into captivating narratives. After studying International Affairs at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), she ventured into journalism and communications. Raised multilingual at the Röstigraben, she is fluent in (Swiss) German and French, has since gained excellent English skills, and picked up a bit of Italian. Passionate about sustainability, in her free time you will find her either in the kitchen cooking or fermenting, producing compost for her worm farm, or exploring the mountains.

Meet Kaj Dillen, our Front-end Engineer Manager originally from Belgium and currently based in Berlin, Germany. With a rich professional background, Kaj has held engineering management roles in e-commerce in Belgium and fleet management software in Germany since 2012. Beyond the digital realm, Kaj seeks balance through activities like bouldering, hiking, 3D printing, painting, and woodworking. Proficient in Dutch, English, French, and German, Kaj brings a unique blend of technical leadership and creative passion to our team.

Meet Milutin Milic, our Front-end Engineer originally from the picturesque town of Užice in Serbia, now based in Novi Sad. With specialised vocational studies in Energetics, Electronics, and Telecommunications, Milutin boasts over a decade of experience in front-end development. Outside of coding, he takes pleasure in the natural beauty of his hometown and has a penchant for exploring Sci-Fi movies and documentaries. Fluent in both English and Serbian, Milutin’s technical expertise and varied interests bring vibrancy to our team.

Sandra is a dynamic Front-End Engineer thriving in the creative energy of Berlin. With a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, she kicked off her career at a digital agency in Munich and later took up the role of product engineer at a scale-up in London. Outside of coding, Sandra’s all about balance—whether she’s flowing through yoga, powering up on her bike, or kicking it in kickboxing. She’s also a social butterfly, loving nights out with friends, cultural events, and the city’s electric party scene. With a keen interest in feminism, psychology, and a flair for languages (she’s fluent in German, English, and French), Sandra brings both skill and spirit to our team.

Nikoletta has worked in the finance sector for 4 years as both a Java Software Engineer and a programming teacher. She is part of the investment development team at Inyova and has always been passionate and committed to sustainability. Before Inyova, she worked in Regulatory Reporting at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Nikoletta is originally from Transylvania and loves being active in her free time. She likes to mix it up and enjoys everything from climbing to skiing, or doing triathlons.

Our Backend engineer Šimon studied Intelligent Information Systems at the Slovak University of Technology, and is currently completing his Master thesis. Šimon has previously worked for Inyova and took a short break to finish his studies before rejoining. In his free time, he likes to explore new TV shows – The Office is his all-time favourite. He’s also always up for a spontaneous trip and recently started learning how to fly FPV (racing) drones.

Rafael was born and raised in Venezuela. He came to Europe and moved around for a while before settling in Geneva. He studied Political Sciences at Sciences Po in Paris and worked in innovation consulting before pursuing a career in software development, which was a childhood dream of his. Rafael previously worked at Trainline Europe and Coup Mobility. He loves travel photography, vegetarian cooking, and simulation video games. He joined Inyova to help tackle the technical challenges of making sustainable investment available to millions of people around the world.

Before founding Inyova, Tillmann worked at the strategy consultancy McKinsey & Companyfor more than 6 years. In addition, Tillmann was CFO of Benefiit, a network of impact investors and is founding director of the Sustainability-in-Business-Lab of ETH Zurich. He holds a PhD from ETH Zürich and studied mathematics and computer science at the universities of Heidelberg and Santiago de Chile. In his free time Tillmann enjoys skiing, mountain biking and other outdoor activities.

Helmut has almost 30 years of experience as an investor and CEO of investment and holding companies. He is Chairman of the Shareholder Value Beteiligungen AG and Managing Partner of VERUS Capital Partners AG. At the beginning of his career he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. Helmut lives with his family in the Alps of Vorarlberg.
