Interest rates naturally attract attention. What matters just as much is the structured evaluation behind every Grow project – and whether it meets the criteria required to be offered to our community of impact investors.
TL;DR
- Rigorous Multi-Stage Screening: Every project on Inyova Grow undergoes a comprehensive, multi-week review process covering both financial stability and environmental/social impact before it is offered to investors.
- Financial Integrity: The investment office evaluates business models, capital structures, and repayment plans to ensure that the risk-return profile is balanced and the financial structure is transparent.
- Strict Impact Standards: Projects must demonstrate a substantial contribution to defined sustainability goals through verifiable data; if a project fails to meet either the financial or the impact criteria, it is strictly rejected.
Before a project is launched on Inyova Grow, it goes through a multi-layered review process: a financial review and an impact review. This process typically takes several weeks.
📊 The financial review
Once a new project is presented to us, our Investment Office begins with an initial screening. They assess whether a project aligns with investor interests, whether the sector demonstrates long-term viability, and whether the interest rate appropriately reflects the underlying risk profile.
Projects that pass proceed to a more detailed analysis of the business. This includes reviewing financial statements, the business model, capital structure, repayment terms, investor protection mechanisms, and external assessments where relevant.

The financial review is designed to assess whether the financial structure of a Grow project is transparent and viable. If both criteria are met, the project receives approval from the Investment Office.
♻️ The impact review
In a separate but equally important review, our Impact Team assesses the environmental and social contribution as well as how impact is measured and reported. This includes evaluating the relevance of the sustainability objective, the expected outcomes, and whether the impact is supported by credible data and assumptions.

This structured review is designed to assess whether each Grow project demonstrates meaningful and durable impact before it becomes available to investors.
✅ Selection discipline
Only projects that pass our defined financial and impact reviews proceed. Others are declined – for example, where sector stability, management quality, risk compensation, or business maturity do not meet our standards.
This ensures that all our Inyova Grow Projects not only offer an attractive interest rate, but also meet financial and impact standards before being made available to our impact investors.
Whether they fit your portfolio remains entirely your decision. Feel free to discover current projects available through Inyova Grow.
